Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development & Strategy:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities with semiconductor manufacturers FABs and Foundries and OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test), and R&D institutions.
    • Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets and market share goals.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales approaches.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and engineers at customer sites.
    • Provide timely and effective customer support and follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and order fulfilment.
    • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Technical Sales Support:
    • Understand the technical specifications and applications of equipment and materials being sold.
    • Work closely with application engineers and suppliers to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
    • Coordinate equipment evaluations, trials, and demonstrations.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.
    • Ensure compliance with commercial terms, pricing policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Liaise with global equipment and material suppliers to ensure alignment in sales initiatives and delivery schedules.
    • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Materials Science) or a related technical field. Or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience (2-5+ years) in B2B technical sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and related equipment/materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites in Singapore.
