At The GMP Group, we are committed to delivering excellence in all that we do. However, we acknowledge that there may be instances where our services do not fully meet your expectations. We understand that delays, misunderstandings, or challenges in providing a suitable solution can be frustrating. In such cases, we are dedicated to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
We hold our employees to the highest standards of courtesy, professionalism, and respect in all interactions with clients, contractors, and third parties. In return, we expect the same level of respect and consideration towards our employees.
Unacceptable Behaviour
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to:
- Aggressive or threatening behaviour
- Personal verbal abuse
- Derogatory or inflammatory remarks
- Offensive language
- Comments of a racial or discriminatory nature
Any incidents involving such behaviour will be taken seriously. Depending on the severity of the situation, The GMP Group reserves the right to take action, including:
- Ending the communication or interaction immediately
- Restricting or terminating phone services or other communication channels
- Permanently discontinuing business relationships, including account closures
These measures will be enforced to protect the well-being and safety of our employees, in accordance with Singapore’s legal framework, such as the Protection from Harassment Act 2014 (POHA).
Our commitment to mutual respect ensures that all parties – staff, clients, contractors, and third parties – can engage in a positive and professional environment.
