As a Senior Executive, you will be supervising a team that focuses on on/offboarding activities and be the subject-matter expertise; monitor and follow-up on workload distribution and facilitate quality assurance observations to ensure service standards are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administrative and advisory support to the institutions in a consistent, accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Shared Services are consistently met, reviewed, and revised when appropriate.
- Oversee and manage all agreed HR processes and ensure the services are delivered in line with policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
- Monitor, analyse and report appropriate metrics to measure and demonstrate the performance of the HR Shared Services to wider stakeholders and customers.
- Analyse work process design to implement improved processes and suggest appropriate solutions or improvements to raise the overall customer experience and efficiency.
- Coach the HR shared services team on complex HR issues.
- Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline.
- At least 3 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in handling medical job family would be an advantage.
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
- Fast learner, multi-tasker and strong team player.
- Able to prioritise work, organised, meticulous and proactive.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Interested in exploring technological system solutions to automate repetitive tasks.
