- Perform analytical tests on catalyst products to ensure they meet specifications
- Conduct routine wastewater analysis for environmental monitoring.
- Handle, label, and store samples and chemicals safely.
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment to ensure accuracy and uptime.
- Validate and follow testing procedures per ISO9001 standards.
- Record and report test results accurately.
- Ensure lab safety, housekeeping, and ESH compliance.
- Maintain lab supplies and support supervisor with other duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of O Levels or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of laboratory experience
- Knowledge of laboratory best practices
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, EXCEL®, Outlook, etc.)
- Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform standard mathematical calculations, familiar with different measurement units, ability to use concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
- Time management skills: able to prioritize and organize work for efficiency and higher throughput
- Good written and oral communication skills
