Passenger Service Associate Be the Face of Changi Airport!
Location: Changi Airport Terminals
Work Type: Full-time | Rotating Shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
Transport: Complimentary company transport for night shifts (11:00pm 6:00am)
Salary & Benefits:
Gross Salary Range: SGD 1,800 to 2,500/month
⭐Monthly Allowances included in gross salary: Shift, Productivity & KPI Incentives
⭐Overtime Pay & Performance Bonus eligible
⭐ Annual Salary Increment
⭐Joining Bonus available (T&Cs apply)
⭐Training: Provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in and use of self-service kiosks & auto bag-drop machines
- Guide and support passengers at boarding gates and transit areas
- Coordinate departure activities with airline crew and relevant teams
- Escort transit passengers between arrival and departure gates
- Provide care and assistance to passengers with special needs
- Deliver warm and professional customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or equivalent
- Comfortable using computers and handling basic digital tools
- Confident English communication skills
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays
- Friendly, patient, and a team player
