Job Description: 

  • Manage and closely follow up on billing processes related to staff movements, ensuring accurate coordination and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to provide customer-focused HR services and advisory support to line divisions and research entities.
  • Maintain and regularly update billing records, trackers, and staff information in shared folders and the HR online database system.
  • Oversee cost charging activities including provision management, accruals, and fractionation, and perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirement: 

  • Diploma in relevant field 
  • With 2 years working in HR payroll or finance experience, familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage. (Not Mandotary)
