Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and meet revenue, sales, and profit targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales activities like quotations and order processing to post-sales follow-ups, while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Proactively contact customers by phone and email to provide support, assess their needs, and generate sales.

• Qualify leads from the Marketing Team and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Work with team members to ensure sales strategies and initiatives are executed smoothly, helping the team, department, and individuals meet their key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to support management’s decision-making.
• Assist with customer-required questionnaires, surveys, and accreditation forms.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration function
  
• 1-2 years old of working experience
