• Support supply chain activities: ETP Raw Material & Finish Goods shipment coordination/process with customer and internal related function
• Place stock transfer orders (STO) as required to manufacturing plants
• Coordinate with respective manufacturing plants on shipment movement to ensure smooth delivery to customers
• Coordinate with customers & prepare shipping documents on time
• Update customers on production and shipping schedule.
• Support any ad-hoc report creation
• Coordinate with 3PL/4PL for Import & Export related activities at the assigned location.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in operations management/ supply chain management/ logistics.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience, preferably in supply chain within petrochemicals industry.
• Possess understanding of order fulfillment and logistics
• Have experience in SAP & data analytics skill
