Responsibilities

• Drive overall hardware product development schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

• Coordinate across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and validation engineering teams.

• Track and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers in the product lifecycle.

• Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) and ensure alignment with manufacturing requirements.

• Partner with supply chain and vendors to ensure component availability and production readiness.

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, reporting status and escalations to leadership.

• Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (Masters preferred).
• 38 years of experience in hardware program management or engineering leadership.
• Proven success in managing complex hardware development cycles (concept mass production).
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), BOM management, and ECO processes.
