Responsibilities
- Drive overall hardware product development schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and validation engineering teams.
- Track and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers in the product lifecycle.
- Manage engineering change orders (ECOs) and ensure alignment with manufacturing requirements.
- Partner with supply chain and vendors to ensure component availability and production readiness.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, reporting status and escalations to leadership.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (Masters preferred).
- 38 years of experience in hardware program management or engineering leadership.
- Proven success in managing complex hardware development cycles (concept mass production).
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), BOM management, and ECO processes.
