Job Responsibilities
Project & Operations Management
- Oversee infrastructure and building improvement projects, collaborating with key stakeholders to minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure project success by meticulously planning phases, capturing user requirements, and ensuring all site work complies with organizational standards.
- Contribute to the procurement process by preparing project specifications, tender documents, and evaluation papers for approval.
- Manage and report on the department’s overall project portfolio and financial status, including cash flow monitoring.
- Strategic Planning & Process Improvement
- Develop and map departmental short- and long-term strategic objectives.
- Analyze and enhance key processes to improve performance indicators related to customer experience, operational efficiency, and resource optimization.
- Author comprehensive proposals and formal papers for management review and approval.
- Regularly review and update departmental policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for internal and external departmental meetings.
- Collaborate with department managers and operational teams to ensure the smooth execution of daily activities.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration on special projects and workgroups to resolve conflicts and drive the implementation of effective solutions.
- Address and resolve client feedback and complaints, implementing service recovery measures as required.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Requirement
- Degree in relevant field.
- 3 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Experience in facilities and operation flow management
