Job Description:
- Process customer orders accurately and manage timely invoicing and payment collection in accordance with agreed terms, while maintaining up-to-date customer master data in SAP.
- Verify shipping documentation and ensure compliance with supply chain and shipping procedures to support smooth and error-free deliveries.
- Handle order entry, vendor forms, and other administrative tasks, continuously improving back-office efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams and external providers to ensure timely shipments and keep customers informed on delivery status.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints, proactively engage to understand their needs, and collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Logistics or related
- With 3+ years working experience with SAP experience and Order to Cash processes
Additional Information:
- Up to $2500
- 3 Month Contract
- 3 days per weeks (Tues/Wed/Thursday)
- Located in Orchard
