Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our team in the project sales business unit. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations by processing orders, assisting the sales team, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing:

  • Manage and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of sales transactions.

2. Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments when necessary.

3. Sales Team Support:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as generating reports and maintaining records.
  • Register the company as an approved vendor when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Personality: A proactive team player with a positive attitude, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a related administrative role is preferred.
