Marine Communication Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronic equipment and marine communication integration solutions for offshore vessels arriving in Singapore or around the Asia region.

Objective: 

Responsible for repair and maintenance of ship Navigation, Communication, Satcom, VSAT/TVRO, PAGA/PABX and GMDSS system. Reporting to the Head of Marine Electronics, and working closely with our business partners, he/she will be involved in the installation and testing if navigation and communications equipment on shipping vessels.

  • Involve in project for installation of marine electronics equipment.
  • Liaise/co-ordinate with shipyard for related project.
  • Assist in the repair works in the workshop.
  • Brief business partners on various navigational/communication system setup.
  • Provide technical support for business partners.
  • Prepare reports on equipment to business partners.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering
  • 1- 4 years of Marine Experience
  • Experience working on offshore vessels, shipyards, or repair projects around Asia is desirable
  • Hands-on experience with marine navigation, communication, and satellite systems (e.g., GMDSS, VSAT/TVRO, PAGA/PABX, radar, AIS, GPS, ECDIS).
  • Strong knowledge of electronic troubleshooting, wiring, and system integration.
  • Familiar with commissioning, installation, and maintenance procedures for marine electronic systems.
  • Understanding of networking and IP-based communication systems is an advantage
