- Collaborate with technical members to analyze user, business, and system functional requirements, ensuring alignment with delivery objectives
- Perform risk assessments to evaluate existing and proposed processes, identify technical constraints, and assess limitations of proposed solutions
- Design and build technical solutions based on the Functional Specification Document and Technical Specifications
- Conduct code reviews for junior team members and vendors, and review or create documentation related to system releases and deployments
- Conduct unit tests to validate development quality, support system testing to address reported errors, and assist in integration and user acceptance testing
- Provide incident support by resolving technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, managing stakeholder expectations, and escalating challenges to the next level as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies, preferably C#.NET, with experience in the banking or financial sector preferred.
- Experience in deploying and maintaining cloud-native .NET applications on Microsoft Azure, including hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Azure messaging services.
- Proficient in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile) with a proven track record of leadership experience.
