Responsibilities

  • Customer & Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their delivery needs, communicating daily status updates, and handling all complaints and inter-departmental queries to meet service requirements.
  • Logistics Planning & Optimization: Strategically plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer requirements, maximize company resource utilization, and ensure compliance to avoid authority penalties.
  • Operational Processing: Execute core logistics processes, including order processing via the PSA Haulier Community System (HCS) and permit declaration via Crimson Logic (TradeNet).
  • Internal & External Coordination: Coordinate transportation with internal haulage, and manage logistics/depot operations with both internal and external warehouse/depot teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, generate, and submit required daily/monthly operational reports for both customers and the company, including monthly TradeNet MES reports.
  • Billing & Closure: Complete order closures (HCS), verify all charges, capture additional charges (Ameroid), and prepare necessary supporting documentation (receipts/emails) for timely billing.
  • Document Management: Maintain organized record-keeping by segregating, scanning (to DocuShare), and storing hardcopy documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in supply chain or relevant field
  • Experience in logistic function will be an added advantage
