Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and maintenance programme of all electrical equipment
- Perform rectification of faults on the electrical systems
- Assisting engineers in carrying out switching and isolation of low voltage equipment
- Monitoring and control of contract workers to ensure compliance with technical specifications,
- code of practice, scope to work and to enforce safety regulations
- Inspections and acceptance of purchased materials and contract spares
- Updating of maintenance records
- Co-ordination of work with other sections
- Repairing faulty electrical instruments and tools
- Reporting unsafe conditions/ near miss incidents for rectification
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience in maintenance electrical in power or process plants environment
- Experience in Power / Process Plant operations will be advantageous
