Jobscope:
- Perform sampling/testing in the following areas with good observation of GMP requirements:
- Biological testing of raw materials, Biological testing of intermediate product, Biological sampling and testing of utilities (Water, Compressed gases) samples, Biological testing to support manufacturing process validation and confirmation
- Routine environmental monitoring of classified environment
- Testing support of new product introduction projects
- Participate in laboratory investigation and assist in timely closure of the investigation and CAPA
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Participate in method transfer/ verification/ validation
- Assist in document revision
- Identify and report problem observed to QC Supervisor promptly
- Practice 6S to ensure good inventory of materials, housekeeping of laboratory, work area and equipment. Also participate in initiatives for continuous improvements.
- Adheres to all safety and security policies and practices. Ensure wastes are disposed appropriately and promptly
- Provides ad-hoc support on the logistic support activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or related field
- 1–3 years QC lab experience in biopharma/biologics/vaccine manufacturing under GMP
- Hands-on experience in biological/microbiological testing, including raw materials, intermediates, utilities, and environmental monitoring
- Familiar with laboratory investigations, deviations, CAPA, and GMP documentation
- Exposure to method transfer, verification/validation, equipment operation and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and ability to escalate issues promptly
- Committed to 6S, safety, quality culture, and willing to support ad-hoc laboratory/logistics activities
