Responsibilities
- Scanning & Digitalisation of Hard-Copy Records
- Verify physical and softcopy documents against inventory lists provided by assigned
- laboratories or departments.
- Digitise files accurately in accordance with established naming conventions and file
- structures.
- Perform quality checks to ensure scanned documents are complete, legible, and
- properly indexed.
- Upload and maintain digital files in designated shared drives or document repositories
- in accordance with SIFBI guidelines.
- Comply with SIFBI data protection and confidentiality policies when handling
- sensitive information.
- Archival and Administrative Support
- Liaise with researchers to verify completeness and accuracy of scanned records.
- Ensure proper indexing, version control, and archival of digital files.
- Support compliance with audit, intellectual property, and data governance
- requirements.
- Assist with scanning of additional ad hoc hardcopy materials when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in business administration or relevant field
- Experience in data digitalization or migration will be an added advantage
