Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in facility maintenance technology and techniques.
Qualifications:
- ITE / diploma in Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour shift schedule.
- Able to work in cleanroom environment.
