Job Scope

• Supervise daily manufacturing activities to achieve production targets.
• Lead production operators and coordinate manpower allocation.
• Monitor production schedules, quality, safety, and productivity.
• Ensure manufacturing activities comply with ISO procedures and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train, coach, and develop production team members.
• Prepare production reports and monitor key performance indicators.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience leading a production team.
• Knowledge of production planning and manpower scheduling.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Manufacturing or semiconductor experience preferred.
