Jobscope:
- Provide technical support for electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
- Support maintenance and production teams in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Assist in planning and executing plant improvement, maintenance, and engineering projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to support project execution and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry practices and new technologies, and apply suitable improvements where beneficial.
- Support compliance with company safety, quality, environmental, and change management requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to maintenance and operations personnel on equipment, systems, and process changes.
- Participate in the plant’s on-call rotation to provide technical support when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Instrumentation, Electrical, Process Control or similar
- Min 3-5 years experience in maintenance or engineering in relevant industry
- Sound knowledge in E&I and Process Controls
- Motivated and able to work under pressure
- Team oriented and communicative
- Office computer with standard software
- Field work in chemical plant environment, handling highly hazardous materials
- Must be willing to work in Jurong Island
