This role requires a combination of hands-on development, solution architecture, project coordination, and agile leadership, with the ideal candidate able to seamlessly shift between technical execution and client-facing responsibilities to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, including business process automation, system integration, and web development.
• Design and implement Azure-based solutions, such as web portals, AI document processing pipelines, and enterprise system automation scripts.
• Develop AI-driven logic with Azure AI Document Intelligence and Azure OpenAI Studio to automate PDF extraction, data processing, and workflows.
• Build and maintain Azure Functions, Static Web Apps, and PostgreSQL-based services in alignment with client infrastructure and architecture needs.
• Automate enterprise processes covering procurement, goods receipt, and payment workflows.
• Ensure architectural decisions are compliant with client IT security policies, governance frameworks, and standards.
• Facilitate Agile delivery as Scrum Master, overseeing sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Manage and mentor offshore contract developers and partner teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
• Provide daily progress updates through JIRA to client Project Leads and senior management, addressing risks and blockers early.
• Engage with client business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Present solution designs, progress, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting proposals and scope definitions.
• Own QA/QC processes for the team, define test plans, review test cases, and ensure release quality.
• Enforce best practices for code reviews, documentation, and version control.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data governance standards during IT security reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership, technical, or project management role.
• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in Azure Functions and RPA/GUI automation scripting.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud services, including Static Web Apps, Azure Functions, PostgreSQL, Azure AI Document Intelligence, and AOAI Studio.
• Experience with SAP GUI scripting for business process automation.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or similar).
• Comfortable with Agile tools like JIRA and GitHub.
• Awareness of IT Security and experience in secure development practices.
• Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• IoT integration or background.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP modules (MM, FI, SD).
• Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204 or above) preferred.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA/QC certification is a plus.
• Willing to travel to India monthly for team collaboration and management.
