Responsibilities:

Business Planning & Analysis

  • Analyse sales, inventory, customer and product data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to improve sales, profitability and inventory performance.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support business planning and decision-making.

Product & Commercial Management

  • Manage product categories and monitor commercial performance.
  • Identify product opportunities and support portfolio, pricing and commercial initiatives.
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve availability and competitiveness.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation and business transformation initiatives.

Inventory & Demand Management

  • Monitor inventory and demand to optimise stock levels and replenishment.
  • Recommend actions to improve inventory turnover and reduce stock risks.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives through data-driven insights and effective stakeholder management.

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics or a related discipline.

3–5 years’ experience in business operations, category/product management, demand planning or business analysis.

Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Experience leading process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
