Duties include:
Work with clinical departments and employees in providing value-adding advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage our talents
Administer and execute HR functions and processes under his / her charge, e.g. recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, manpower reporting, staff wellness, etc.
Serve as an effective and neutral channel for employee feedback through regular engagement and dialogue sessions with employees to build an open and supportive culture
Participate and support in projects and events, as and when assigned or appointed
Support, promote and participate in innovation initiatives, including staff suggestion and process / work improvement review projects
Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit
The Requirements
Bachelor degree from a recognized university, IHRP certification will be an advantage
3 years in Human Resource function is preferred. Open to fresh graduates.
Collaborative work attitude, organised, meticulous, pro-active, and have a sense of urgency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good personal values: integrity is one example
Knowledgeable in computer software skills and analytical skills, e.g. MS Office, ChatGPT, Perplexity etc.
