Job Description:

• Maintain and update clinicians’ leave records in the NHG surveillance system, upload the Departments leave calendar online, and handle MOPEX leave applications, including filing, tracking, and collating assessments for ranking purposes.
• Submit monthly training hours for BSTs/ASTs to Medical Affairs and assist with preparation of forms for committee approval, including liaising with vendors for design and artwork.
• Manage departmental procurement needs, including purchases for the Department and Operating Theatres, raising e-payments for bills and clinicians claims, and maintaining the NUH IT asset inventory.
• Oversee pantry inventory management by sourcing quotations, conducting stock takes, and placing orders with suppliers, as well as coordinating food catering for departmental events.
• Maintain and circulate the Departments contact list on a monthly basis and provide secretariat support to the HOD for Senior Staff Meetings and Coregroup Meetings, including slide preparation and meeting coordination.

Requirement:

• Diploma in any field
• With 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare sector (Not Mandatory)
