Responsibilities
  • Provide HR administrative support for the assigned portfolio, covering employee life cycle events such as probation confirmation, employee transfer, conversion of working hours, conversion of employment terms, contract renewal, post-retirement reemployment, post-basic incentive payment or salary adjustment upon attainment of higher qualifications, as well as staff referral incentive payout.
  • Be aware of and deliver services in compliance with HR policies and established processes, ensuring that the services are delivered in a consistent, timely and high quality manner in accordance with the service level agreement.
  • Update work trackers timely and accurately so that they serve as reliable data sources for monthly SLA reporting and productivity studies.
  • Contribute to the knowledge repository for Contract Management team, participate in process documentation review and update as well as systematically identify requirement for new/revised documentation in line with evolving operational needs.
  • Participate in cross-training of team members for knowledge-sharing to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Provide on-site support physically at the assigned work location and upkeep the service experience of stakeholders.
  • Provide support to management in the review, development and implementation of processes; this may include preparing adhoc reports and gathering information as and when required for management analysis and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the achievement of department workplans by proactively working on projects assigned.
  • Be well-versed in the assigned portfolio and partner with stakeholders to deliver consistent administrative and advisory support.
  • Proactively identify potential areas for improvement and work collaboratively with team
  • members to develop effective solutions that enhance productivity, elevate work quality, and address service delivery gaps.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management for growth and expansion of skillsets.

Requirements

  • Diploma in HRM or relevant field 
  • Experience in HR functions will be an added advantage
