Responsibilities:
- Perform routine QC inspections on incoming parts and materials.
- Conduct dimensional measurements using tools such as callipers, micrometers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), and optical inspection systems.
- Record and maintain inspection data, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and traceability documentation in QC databases.
Requirements:
- NITEC / Diploma Certificate in Engineering related field.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in QC / QA inspection for equipment parts/materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and product specifications.
- Familiar with measurement instruments such as CMM and Smart scope.
- Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent documentation discipline.
