Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Oversee all aspects of meeting rooms, including coordinating and scheduling external client meetings. Provide technical support, such as uploading presentations and facilitating Teams/VC connections.
- Mailroom responsibilities such as franking of outgoing mails, sorting and distribution of incoming mails
- Update calendars, schedule meetings and manage room bookings
- Assist in with facilities management and office admin functions
- Handle travel arrangements form booking of hotel accommodations, flight reservations to ground transportations.
- Stock maintenance and monitor pantry and office supplies
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or higher with minimum 3 years experience as bank receptionist/flight attendant/receptionist in MNC office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal details
