Responsibilities

•         Conceptualisation and design of facades, preparation of drawings and structural calculations

•         Delivery of technical presentations

•         Coordination with clients, architects, consultants, façade contractors, suppliers and other project team members.

•         Supervision of construction, site inspection and training of constructors

•         Preparation of technical submissions, proposals and documentation.

Requirements

•         Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

•         3 – 5 years of experience in façade design, engineering and construction and project management

•         Proficient in CAD software to create designs and solve technical issues.

•         Strong and diverse technical background with effective presentation skills

•         Well-versed in construction trends, international design standards and building regulations.
