Responsibilities
  • SAP Workflow & Document Control (65%):

    • Execute SAP accounting workflows strictly following Business Process Control guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance by verifying and validating supporting documentation (e.g., sales/purchase delivery notes, contracts, invoices).
    • Continuously review and improve workflow efficiency and accuracy while strictly maintaining key internal controls.
  • Financial Closing & Reporting (Part of 65%):

    • Execute accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
    • Process precise accounting entries for sales, purchases, and non-operating items.
    • Utilize the Closing Process Checklist to guarantee the completeness of all closing tasks.
  • Payment Support (Part of 65%):

    • Act as a point of contact to provide necessary clarification and support for third-party or cross-border payment inquiries.
  • Coordination and Trust Building:

    • Establish and maintain effective communication and a high degree of trust with both Business and Corporate Divisions.
    • Support smooth business operations and workflow execution while ensuring strict adherence to all internal rules and policies.
  • Special Projects & Initiatives:

    • Actively participate in ad-hoc departmental tasks and projects related to digital transformation.
    • Contribute innovative ideas aimed at workflow automation and optimization of accounting processes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in accounts
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience and abilities to identify entries
  • Clear and professional in communication with stakeholders
