Key Responsibility

  • Responsible for driving efficiency and improvement within the global supply chain
  • Establish and manage customer relationships to capitalize on revenue growth opportunities
  • Accountable for the operational and financial performance of the customer account.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer relationship performance metrics and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively to management as required to provide a clear understanding of project status, risk and decision
  • Working closely with R&D team for any new projects
  • Understand the project critical path, schedule compression and project recovery
  • Provie the risk assessment and risk mitigation plan for decision making
  • Create comprehensive project plans, budget and strategy for projects
  • Anticipate roadblock and elevate when appropriate
  • Ensure adequate capacity to meet demand and manage potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Clear to build review, action trigger and close follow up
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through streamlining processes and systems in supply chain
  • Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Manage supply chain projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of new processes or enhancemeManage the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with assigned customer accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategy for optimal inventory control
  • Identify slow moving materials and implement process improvements in inventory management deployment
  • Facilitates communication as appropriate to all stakeholders including escalating issues to next level of management level
  • Deep understanding of the production line, Testing, layout, flow
  • Other Duties: May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business operations, factory planning, and supply chain flows
  • Experienced in end-to-end supply chain process – including logistic, inventory control, and purchasing
  • Has knowledge of International Trade regulation Compliance procedure.
  • Proven ability to prepare management-level presentations with clarity and impact Skilled in operational data analysis and performance tracking (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
  • Able to manage a multitude of projects
  • Meticulous and strong attention to detail ensure the data accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
  • Self-motivated team player with positive attitude
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
