JOB SUMMARY

Prepare periodical customer report and support Customer Quality Engineer in customer presentation material preparation.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor production status and download production data
• Compile production/supplier data into customer weekly report
• Compile production data into outgoing data report
• Checks if production data complies to customer specification
• Conducts preliminary data analysis if production data against Cpk and SPC rules as required by the customer
• Coordinate with production and Customer Quality Engineer for production data related items
• Assist Customer Quality Engineer in customer data package preparation.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or other related fields
• Exposure with data analysis and report preparation is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and can execute simple statistical analysis / Macro application.
• Good on verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge on Minitab or any statistical tool application.
