Responsibilities

Order and Inventory Management

  • Process and manage purchase orders, sales orders, and quotations.
  • Oversee customer consignment programs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock movement.
  • Update and maintain customer price books.

Customer Relationship and Delivery Management

  • Ensure timely delivery of products to both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and engineers to meet delivery requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized and accessible documentation through an effective filing system.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in relevant field
  • 1 year in providing sales support/order management functions
  • Experience in Oracle/SAP will be an added advantage
  • Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
