Responsibilities
Order and Inventory Management
- Process and manage purchase orders, sales orders, and quotations.
- Oversee customer consignment programs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock movement.
- Update and maintain customer price books.
Customer Relationship and Delivery Management
- Ensure timely delivery of products to both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and engineers to meet delivery requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized and accessible documentation through an effective filing system.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant field
- 1 year in providing sales support/order management functions
- Experience in Oracle/SAP will be an added advantage
- Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
