Job Responsibilities

• Oversee key online sales channels on marketplaces (eg. Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Tiktok).
• Monitor product listings, inventory and content are accurate and up to date platforms.
• Manage where to buy listings on brand websites to ensure consumers are directed to the correct online and offline store options.
• Plan and executive regional online campaigns (e.g mega online sales days, product launches).
• Collaborate with local country teams to implement campaigns and new product launches in alighment with regional marketing plans.
• Monitor and analyse KPI such as traffic, conversion, sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics.
• Produce e-commerce performance dashboard and generate reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Recommend strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.
• Work closely with regional and country team members to optimise brand and product visibility on e-commerce platforms.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 yeras of e-commerce experience, ideally managing multi-country operations in Southeast Asia.
• Proven track record in online sales growth, marketplace management and campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiairty with SEA e-commerce platforms and consumer trends.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
