• Tasked as Application Consultant, System Engineer, or Developer, with the responsibilities as below:
• Collaborate with clients to identify, define, and optimize business and IT requirements.
• Deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions, including consultation, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design and maintain system integrations and application workflows, including ETL and automation.
• Troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and implement technical solutions.
• Propose innovative solutions and services to meet evolving client needs.
• Support team members across projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to extend and enhance solution capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems, application support, or solutions consulting.
• Experience with ETL/data integration platforms, including data flow configuration, job scheduling, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ETL infrastructure, environment management, and system connectivity configuration.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio or Generative AI tools, including prompt design and AI workflow integration.
• Strong understanding of server environments, network basics, access management, and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to analyze system/application logs and perform root cause analysis.
• Power Platform or RPA knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Skilled in translating technical concepts to meet business needs.
• Possess strong documentation skills for technical specifications, processes, and solution design
• Effectively engaging with stakeholders at all technical levels.
