Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor, operate, and maintain the BMS to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.
- Troubleshoot systems faults and equipment performance.
- Prepare reports on system performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency through BMS optimization.
- Provide technical support and training for Facilities staff on BMS usage and troubleshooting.
- To assist ACMV Trade Site Team in facilities operations such as system breakdown investigations, inspections, audits, review of maintenance program, etc.
- To oversee and guide the specialist vendors and FM Managing agent to meet their KPIs to ensure consistent performance.
- To participate and support in audits that the hospital subscribes to.
- Provide Support to KRC Masterplan Project team on the institution Integrated BMS and ACMV infrastructure system.
Requirements - Qualification Required and Area of Discipline
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licenses)

- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in BMS and/or ACMV services or facility management. (Note: Minimum 10 years for Diploma Holders)
- Good interpersonal skills and analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staffs.
