Our client is a well established Shipping Brand. Currently they are looking for an enthusiastic and committed candidate to join them as ” Executive (Line Management) “.
In this role, your key responsibilities will involve the following areas :
- Assist in providing coordination between customers, vendors, and employers offices.
- As part of the Line Management team, you must assist to support the sales transactions with the company’s existing and potential accounts.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to assist in looking at opportunities to minimize operating costs.
- Assist in coordinating and preparing trade statistics for Line Management Department.
- Assist in day-to-day coordination with vessel operators from various services on space/tonnage, excess loading and shippers requirements.
- Assist to booking, especially for special cargos with special attention.
- Assist to ensure daily communications and problems solving with locations
- All other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Maritime related discipline
- Open to entry level Maritime candidates to apply
- Otherwise 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in MLO, Feeder or NVOCC
- Possess excellent working attitude
- Be a good team player
- Be detailed and meticulous
