Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot equipment, application, and process-related issues
Project Management &Coordination
- Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales)
- Support project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
Technical Training & Enablement
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare training materials, user manuals, and application guides
Market Research & Feedback
- Gather customer feedback on product performance and requirements
- Provide insights to internal teams for product improvement and development
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Customer-Side Sample Testing
- Support and conduct sample testing at customer sites
- Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations
New Equipment Validation &Management
- Perform installation, setup, and validation of new equipment
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and standards
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Field Application, Technical Support, or similar role
- Experience in semiconductor equipment /manufacturing industry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with good service attitude
- Willingness to travel for customer support and on-site assignments
