Responsibilities

Field Service

• Attend service repairs as directed and according to daily tour plan
• Provides Installation and maintenance of home appliances
• Troubleshoot and maintain at customers site
• Work closely with Technical Trainers to identify, share and discuss for service improvements and completion of jobs
• Maintain and Manage customer relations. Acting as Point of contact for customers on technical and service-related issues
• Payment collections and related until closure for service jobs done.
• On-site sales of services, appliances for replacements and/or maintenance products
• Perform parts pre-prepping activity as required

Stocks Management

• Maintaining and responsible for vans stock issued for daily requirements
• Parts Returns processing
• Participation in stock take (Half-Yearly)

Technical Sharing

• Participation in technical feedback to improve overall product and/or service quality.
