Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development: Strategically manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on securing top-tier talent through specialized fresh graduate programs and enriching internship experiences, while continuously refining processes for maximized efficiency.
- Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy: Design, execute, and evaluate targeted employee training and development initiatives that measurably enhance skills, drive performance, and support career growth across the organization.
- Recruitment Technology Optimization (ATS): Lead the implementation, governance, and continuous optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure seamless recruitment workflows, data integrity, and a best-in-class candidate journey.
- Strategic HR Project Management: Provide essential operational and administrative support to advance key HR initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years of working experience in HR operation and recruitment functions
- Experience in any applicants tracking system will be an added advantage
