Position: HR Assistant (Contract – Renewable)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

– Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date

– Process HR-related documents such as employment contracts, leave requests, and performance evaluations

– Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

– Coordinate and organize training and development programs for employees

– Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary support

– Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures

– Manage and maintain HR databases and systems

– Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:

– Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or related field

– Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred

– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

– Excellent organizational and time-management skills

– Good communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

– Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team

– Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus

*5 days work week (Office hours)
