Responsibilities

  • Direct the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting compelling job advertisements and screening talent to facilitating interviews and managing the seamless integration of new hires through onboarding.
  • Oversee the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and IRAS tax filings, while managing employee benefits, leave entitlements, and attendance records through HR software.
  • Standardize and maintain comprehensive HR records and documentation, ensuring all personnel files and internal reports are accurate and audit-ready.
  • Support the execution of performance management frameworks and assist in identifying and coordinating professional development programs to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Serve as a primary advisor on employee relations, offering professional guidance on conflict resolution, mediation, and the management of disciplinary protocols.
  • Maintain strict organizational compliance with local employment legislation, industrial collective agreements, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
  • Partner with department heads to develop proactive manpower plans and provide HR-centric solutions to address specific operational concerns.
  • Manage daily office operations, providing essential administrative support and overseeing the inventory and procurement of office supplies.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in Business Administration, HR or relevant filed
  • 2-3 years of working experience in HR fucntions
  • Experience in communicate with all levels will be an added advantage
