Reporting and Quality Assurance
- Develop and deliver monthly dashboards detailing departmental activities and project metrics (e.g., Risk, Quality KPIs, Alerts, Planning, Budget).
- Design and implement a quality assurance framework to support transversal projects.
- Establish tailored governance structures for each topic/project to ensure effective coordination and follow-up with key stakeholders.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure alignment with bank standards, adherence to budgets, and timely delivery.
Governance
- Assist management in preparing and conducting governance meetings.
- Serve as a backup to the Head of Department for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercises, crisis management, permanent control governance, and administrative functions.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with other department heads to define and prioritize projects.
- Support HR-related activities, ensuring smooth onboarding and hiring processes.
- Liaise with the Admin team for travel arrangements, supply management, and office materials procurement.
Change, Collaboration, and Process Improvement
- Drive departmental alignment with company compliance, security protocols, and internal controls.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to define, prioritize, and develop key initiatives.
- Lead knowledge-sharing activities among project managers, promoting best practices and lessons learned.
- Initiate and manage transversal processes such as onboarding, compliance monitoring, and other departmental routines.
Functional Skills
- Experience working in a banking or international organizational environment is preferred.
- Solid understanding of IT structures and ecosystems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO functions or project management roles.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (including Pivot Tables), and MS Project.
- Skilled in producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, both in design and content.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA); over 3 years of experience building and maintaining data models.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2, or knowledge of Agile methodologies, are advantageous.
