Job Summary:
Seeking a Junior Planner Engineer with Primavera P6 and relevant fit-out/building exposure to support fast-paced construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, maintaining and updating project schedules and construction programmes.
• Prepare and update project planning schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and key milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams and subcontractors on project timelines.
• Update schedules based on actual site progress and project changes.
• Highlight potential delays or scheduling issues to the project team.
• Assist in preparing regular planning and progress reports.
• Attend project/progress meetings when required.
• Support the project team with planning, scheduling and programme-related activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
• Relevant project planning/scheduling experience within construction or interior fit-out.
• Exposure to commercial fit-out, retail, hospitality and/or building projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Good understanding of project planning and scheduling.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant overseas project experience may also be considered.

Working Arrangement

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday: Flexible, depending on project requirements
