Jobscope:
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet requirements, budget, and schedule.
- Oversee daily project operations, quality, client communications, and reporting.
- Develop specifications and plans in compliance with norms, regulations, and EHS standards.
- Ensure quality control of deliverables and adherence to schedules and safety standards.
- Support procurement, conduct technical bid analysis, and manage supplier/contractor contracts.
- Control project costs, schedules, resources, contingencies, and on-site contractors.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure smooth handover to internal customers.
- Documentation Management – Maintain and update site drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Manage project records from concept study to final handover
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation engineering.
- Have some exposure to mechanical and architectural aspect in project management
- Familiar with basic usage of SAP (Project module), Microsoft Project and Autocad
- Familiar with basic knowledge of GMP requirement would be advantage
- Maintain and support all site activities according to accreditation standards in the scope of the QMS [ISO 9001 & Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)]
