Job Description:

Marketing & Communications Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital marketing planning and execution to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions for MSc programs in key markets like China and India.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize digital marketing strategies across platforms like Google and Facebook based on competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate email campaigns with recruitment and faculty teams for a cohesive approach.
  • Create compelling ad content and multimedia to promote master’s, bachelor’s, and executive education programs.
  • Implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to boost search visibility.
  • Oversee multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and ensure quality standards.
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and meet deadlines.

Budget and Conversion Management:

  • Manage digital advertising budgets for efficient allocation.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to maximize ROI and improve website performance for higher conversion rates.

Content Marketing:

  • Produce engaging content like student interviews and scientific articles to attract target audiences.
  • Develop publications such as bi-annual newsletters to share research and stories effectively.
  • Create marketing materials like brochures and newsletters for recruitment and events.

Events Management:

  • Plan and execute corporate events ensuring they reflect brand identity and meet objectives.

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on multi-channel strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Proficient in marketing automation.
  • Strong skills in analyzing and reporting on campaigns and channels, especially using Facebook and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical thinker with a knack for interpreting data and visitor trends.
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certification preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of managing Chinese digital platforms such as RED and WeChat is advantageous.

  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Salary up to $5000
  • Located in Kent Ridge
