Job Responsibilities
- Above‑the‑Line (ATL) and Below‑the‑Line (BTL) Marketing
- Coordinate and implement ATL activities such as media engagements, thought leadership content and campaign visuals.
- Work with internal communications teams and external partners to support media outreach and campaign amplification.
- Plan and execute BTL initiatives including events, digital campaigns and on‑site branding elements.
- Support delivery of anniversary‑related activities such as showcases, talks and founder engagement sessions.
Content Development
Develop and manage content that highlights:
- Deep‑tech infrastructure and facilities
- Founder and startup journeys from research to commercialisation
- Impact of the institute’s entrepreneurship and market access programmes
- Ensure messaging is consistent, accurate and appropriate for target audiences.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Define and track key campaign deliverables and milestones.
- Support reporting on campaign outcomes and learning points upon completion.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in marketing communications, integrated marketing or brand‑related roles (agency or in‑house).
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.
- Practical exposure to both Above‑the‑Line (ATL) and Below‑the‑Line (BTL) marketing activities.
- Ability to translate technical or complex subject matter into clear, audience‑appropriate communications.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Advantageous
- Experience in innovation, deep‑tech, research, startup or technology‑related environments.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s innovation and enterprise ecosystem.
