Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Vision & Future Strategy – Define and own company’s long-term product and platform strategy, translating buyer insight, market shifts, and regulatory complexity into a clear, competitive roadmap that drives growth and Peace of Mind.
2. Deep User & Buyer Persona Understanding – Act as the ultimate owner of buyer and user truth, ensuring every product decision is grounded in real workflows, behaviours, and risk points across APAC.
3. Automation-First Platform – Design and scale an automation-first, AI-enabled platform that reduces manual work, improves accuracy, and creates sustainable operational leverage.
4. Product Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership – Set the standards, frameworks, and priorities that enable teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable products with clarity and confidence.
5. Product & Process Organisation Leadership – Build and lead a high-performing Product and Process organisation with strong strategic thinking, user empathy, and disciplined decision-making.
Who you are:
- Minimum 8 years of Product Management experience
- Experience delivering AI-driven product features in real-world applications.
- Deep understanding of UX, systems thinking, and end-to-end product journeys.
- Exceptional ability to understand buyer personas and user behaviour across markets.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
