Support product planning by implementing YHIs 3M strategies multi-product, multi-brand, and multi-category across the Groups network
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Development: Collaborate with principals and internal teams to identify new business opportunities and support the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Market & Data Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather performance feedback on our proprietary brands. You will compile and analyze Group-wide sales volume data to generate insights that inform strategic business plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for all product, pricing, and development information, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all departments within the Group.
- Global Expansion: Actively identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of the companys global footprint by promoting and developing our portfolio of brands in diverse international markets.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- 3 years experience in Product Planning (B2B), Brand Management, or Business Development,
- Experience from B2B industries will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with data analysis tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
