Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement initiatives by collaborating with relevant departments and suppliers on Kaizen activities
- Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and align with business agreements to achieve line rejection KPIs
- Conduct analysis on internal defects and drive improvement actions with relevant stakeholders
- Support the Quality System Lead in ISO implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to support certification requirements as specified by customers
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Ability to work effectively with customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, and management
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving quality issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to provide constructive solutions and recommendations
- Good knowledge of ISO standards and customer audit processes
